As a Domestic Violence & Complex PTSD Survivor myself, I have an intimate understanding of the challenges and pain that survivors face. This firsthand experience, combined with my professional expertise, enables me to create a safe and nurturing environment where my clients can be comfortable opening up, sharing experiences and doing the work necessary to heal.
For me, success is rooted in my ability to guide clients back to a place of safety that nurtures the ability to take back the power that was lost to the abuser or abusers.
Combining Trauma Informed Recovery Coaching with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) dynamically facilitates the opportunity for each of my clients to optimize their unique healing journey.
In this integrated process, I work with each client to create a safe and empathetic environment to explore past trauma and identify the impacts that have rippled through their lives. Simultaneously, RTT is utilized as a critical tool to delve deep into the subconscious to unearth and reframe the root causes of self-limiting beliefs and behaviors.
Together, these methods empower each client to understand themselves better, manage triggers, rebuild self-esteem , and develop lasting resilience. With personalized support, this holistic approach ensures sustainable transformation, equipping my clients with the tools and insights needed to embrace a more empowered and fulfilling life.
